Use visualization to enhance your performance (Use la visualización para mejorar su rendimiento)

Visualization is imagination 100%. It is making a picture in your mind of whatever you'd like to accomplish before it happens. Every person knows how to use visualization. We just have to be aware of it and learn how to use it correctly to help achieve our goals. Do you remember ordering for an ice cream? Did you visualize enjoying it? I guess so! Do you remember your thoughts before that dentist's appointment? Awful! Remember Abraham. In the Bible story he decided to obey God and move to a strange and far land because he visualized all the generations of children when he looked up at the stars at night. That's also anticipating and visualizing.

How do we do it? First, we imagine what we want to accomplish. Then we split it to the smallest detail. We do this over and over and always remain in the present. It is important to think that it is really happening. Otherwise it won't work.
Many professional athletes, actors, musicians, speakers, and others use this technique to attain excellent performances. In fact, it enhances effiency so much, that astronauts practice visualizing their trip before going to space.
