Let´s have a positive attitude

1. Instead of complaining, we make the most of our current situation.
2. We won´t get stuck in bad situations for long because we aren´t resisting them. What we resist persists. Instead we will simply take action.
3. We will be more accepting of the emotions we experience. When we are sad, we will fully experience the sadness. When we are angry, we will be angry. When we are happy, we will enjoy the happiness.
4. We won´t be so judgmental about events. Life is life. It is just what´s happening. Everything that happens is instructive in one way or another. It is part of the grand experience. In a world where no one ever got sick, no one would appreciate health. Everyone would take it for granted. Maybe the "bad" things happen so you will be grateful for the good things. Just an idea. 1. En vez de quejarnos, hagamos lo mejor de nuestra situación actual.
2. Si no resistimos nuestras situaciones malas, no nos hundiremos en ellas. Lo que resistimos, persiste. En vez de eso, tomemos acción.
3. Aceptemos las emociones que experimentamos. Cuando estemos tristes, experimentemos la trizteza. Cuando estemos enojados, experimentemos el enojo. Cuando estemos contentos, disfrutemos la felicidad.
4. No juzguemos demasiado los eventos. La vida es la vida. Es solamente lo que está pasando. Todo lo que ocurre nos enseña algo de alguna manera. Es parte de la gran experiencia. En un mundo donde nadie se enferme, nadie apreciaría la salud. Todos pensarían que es algo natural. Tal vez las cosas "malas" ocurren para que seamos agradecidos de las buenas cosas.
